Sunrise Venice Elopement

Sunrise in Venice is what dreams are made of. As the light illuminates the city, the soft, warm tones of Venice start to glow. The Byzantine and Gothic architecture of St. Mark’s Basilica was the perfect setting for Anastasiia and Filippo’s wedding vows. After exchanging vow’s in St. Mark’s square, we took a tour of some of Venice’s most photographic places, including taking a ride in one of the iconic gondolas.

This sunrise Venice elopement brought together wedding professionals from both sides of the globe, and showcased the talents of some of Utah’s luxury wedding professionals. ALP bridal is a Utah-based made-to-order bridal shop. They custom designed Anastasiia’s ethereal ballgown, which complimented the whimsical, fairytale feel of Venice. Anastasiia and Filippo wore rings from another Utah-based company, Forge Jewelry Works. Italy-based hair and makeup artist Irina Zdeara had incredible attention-to-detail, and even provided two different looks during the shoot. Lastly, La Madeleine Studio’s custom designed invitations and vow books beautifully honored the unique and striking details of Venice.
